SHIPPING Policy

Shipping Policy: 

We aim to ship products in a timely fashion. Please allow 3-5 days for production time for your order; this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders will ship within 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the delivery location. Please note that extreme weather and other factors can cause an additional delay in shipping time which we cannot control. Shipping time is separate from the processing time. We will issue a tracking number to all customers via email after your order is shipped. If you are still waiting to receive a tracking number after seven days, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, please email us at paradisestrands@gmail.com. Please ensure your shipping address, including the apt number or unit, is correct before checkout. Once you place your order, you cannot update your address. 

Paradise Strands is not responsible for items delivered incorrectly or returned to our facility due to incorrect submission. The customer is responsible for all the return/ wrong delivery fees. 

International Customers:

Please note that international customers may be subject to pay for import fees/taxes. If a package is returned due to failure to pay for duties and taxes, you will be issued a partial refund once the package is shipped back to our facility.

Lost or Stolen:

Paradise Strands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a package shows delivered via tracking number. Customers should contact the carrier and file a claim if any issues arise.
